Gimme makes a Bluetooth DEX reader called Gimme Key Pro, a warehouse prekitting tool called Mobile Picking, an iOS driver app called Gimme Field, and a management platform it publishes prices for. Those prices start at $24,057 a year plus a $9,510 one-time setup fee for operators doing $1M to $10M in revenue. Gimme Key Pro: the reason people know the name
The Key Pro is a Bluetooth DEX adapter for direct store delivery and full service vending drivers. You walk up, it reads the machine over DEX, and the data lands in the software without anyone typing anything. It is built like a tool rather than a gadget: die-cast anodised aluminium alloy, a UL94 V-0 rated polymer variant, sold in Gimme red or combat black, at a published $199 a unit with a per-route daily rental option also listed at $199 a day.
Battery life is stated differently on different Gimme pages we read, from around two years up to five to seven with a lifetime warranty. That is a spread wide enough to just ask about rather than infer. Either way it is the kind of number that only matters at scale, when you are managing 40 of these instead of two.
Gimme does not sell a card reader. It states that it integrates with cashless devices from Crane, Cantaloupe and Nayax for remote DEX syncing, which is the important architectural fact here: the Key Pro is for walk-up reads, and remote reads come through whatever cashless hardware you already run. If you have no telemetry-capable reader on the route yet, that is a separate purchase. Nayax is the one reader platform with a live integration inside VendBuddy, so its sales data lands in your P&L without a spreadsheet in the middle. The rest of the platform
Mobile Picking is cloud-based warehouse prekitting for tablets: box the products at the warehouse before the truck loads, which cuts labour and gets more stops into a day. Gimme names Lightspeed as a partner on the warehouse side.
Gimme Field is the driver and service tech app. It combines markets, vending and office coffee stops into one schedule, uses picture-based planograms with driver accountability features, and works with the Key Pro for DEX. It is iOS only, which is a real constraint if your drivers are on Android phones they bought themselves.
Gimme VMS is the management platform: reports, warehouses, markets. Gimme describes it as an AI-enabled markets and vending inventory control platform. On markets it names live integrations with Avanti and 365 Markets, with Vendor’s Exchange described as in progress, aiming at real-time kiosk sales syncing inside the VMS.
Something to note about how Gimme positions itself: its own migration language lists switching from VendSys, VendMax, Easitrax, Parlevel and Cantaloupe. It also says integrations are available for large-scale platforms. So it sells as both a replacement VMS and as a layer on top of one, and which of those you are buying is worth pinning down early.
One thing we could not verify at all: Gimme Vision, the AI camera product the company has been associated with. We found no public page for it on 9 September 2026, and the URLs you would guess returned 404. It may be gated behind a demo, renamed, or simply unpublished. We are not going to describe a product we could not read a page for.

Gimme is one of very few vendors in this category that prints software prices, and credit where it is due, because the alternative is a discovery call whose only purpose is qualifying your budget. Here is what was published on 9 September 2026.

Gimme also lists a VIP support training day at $999 a day including one onsite team member with travel and lodging covered, and iOS devices as contact us for best prices.
Read the tier labels carefully, because they are not machine counts. They are operator revenue, and the entry tier starts at a million dollars a year. At a fairly typical $400 a month per machine, a million dollars is somewhere north of 200 machines. Gimme has priced itself for the top of the market and been open about it, which is more useful to a small operator than a vague quote would be.
Who Gimme is for
Operators past roughly the $1M revenue mark with warehouse staff, multiple drivers and a mix of vending and markets. At that size the Key Pro plus Mobile Picking plus Field is a genuinely strong stack, and the accountability features on picture-based planograms start mattering because you can no longer personally check every machine.
It’s the wrong purchase under about 50 machines, and the pricing page says so more clearly than any review could. If you have eight machines, $24,057 a year is most of your gross profit. Nobody at Gimme is trying to sell you that, and you shouldn’t be trying to buy it.
How VendBuddy fits alongside it
If you are the size Gimme is priced for, you are also the size where our contribution is narrower. A 200-machine operator has a business development process already, probably including a person whose job it is. We read no DEX and sell no hardware, so there is nothing here that competes with a Key Pro.
