What does it cost to list?
Nothing. No listing fee, no success fee, no commission on the sale price. We are paid by the $49 buyer Priority Pass and by VendBuddy subscriptions, so the sell side stays free.
Who sees my contact details?
Nobody, until you say so. The public listing shows the type, a city or ZIP prefix, a price band and your description — never your email, phone or street address. When a buyer raises their hand we contact you first and introduce you only if you want the intro.
How long until my listing is live?
We confirm every listing with the seller within 24 hours. Once it goes live, priority buyers in your area are emailed immediately and everyone else sees it 7 days later.
What can I list?
An existing route (any size), individual machines you want to move, or leads — locations that agreed to a machine but that you cannot service. All three trade constantly and all three are welcome here.
What is my vending route worth?
Most routes trade at roughly 12 to 24 months of net profit, weighted heavily by whether the location agreements are in writing and how long they run. Run your numbers through the route valuation tool before you set an asking price — and it is fine to list without one.
Can I pull my listing?
Any time, for any reason. Reply to the confirmation email and it comes down the same day.
