VendBuddy connects buyers and sellers in a private encrypted chat here on the site, and your contact details stay private until you choose to share them. We do not hold funds and we are not a party to your deal — for anything over a few hundred dollars, use a licensed third-party escrow company. We take no commission and no cut of the sale price; once a seller marks a listing sold we ask, once, whether they want to tip, and 10% is where most who tip land. We have not audited any seller’s revenue, contracts or equipment, so verify all of it yourself and use a written purchase agreement. Every listing is confirmed with the seller by a person within 24 hours before it goes live.

What is the Wanted board?

Vending operators who are looking for a location post what they want here: the area, how far they will drive, the machine and the kinds of location. Locators, property managers and operators with a spot they cannot service can offer one through a private chat.

Can I see who posted a request?

No. The board shows the area, radius, machine, budget band and location types only. No name, no email, no exact ZIP. Pressing "I can help with this" opens a private chat, and neither side sees the other’s email address unless one of you shares it.

What can I offer?

A real location, a location lead or a service such as placement help. Investment offers, income promises and "we place it, you collect" pitches are not allowed and get you blocked.

How long does a request stay up?

Sixty days, or until the person who posted it marks it filled or closes it from the link in their email.
