- Seamless.AI's pricing page is an inquiry page that asks you to book a demo for its Pro or Enterprise plan; no dollar amounts are shown (checked 2026-10-08).
- Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, RocketReach and LeadMagic publish plans; entry points run from free to $99 a month.
- VendBuddy (our product) fits local businesses near a ZIP and the decision-maker there, with a free search and a credit per reveal.
- Stay with Seamless.AI if you want a large sales database with buyer-intent features and are fine buying through a demo.
Seamless AI alternatives come up for one practical reason: Seamless.AI does not show a price on its website. If you want to know what a lead tool costs before you sit through a demo, you need tools that list their plans. Below are six alternatives with prices read from their own pages on 2026-10-08, a fair note on where Seamless.AI makes sense, and an option built for local businesses.
Part of our complete guide: how to find vending machine locations.
The short answer
- Pick VendBuddy if you sell to local businesses (apartments, offices, gyms, medical offices) and want a price on the page, a free ZIP search and a pay-per-reveal contact. VendBuddy is our product.
- Pick Apollo for the closest published-price match on nationwide B2B search, with a Free plan. Pick Hunter or Prospeo if you mostly need emails.
- Stay with Seamless.AI if you have a sales team, are happy to book a demo, and want a large contact database with buyer-intent features, which its homepage describes.
- Skip them all for small lists. See how to find business owner contact information for the free way.
VendBuddy is our product. The button opens the free search; no card is needed and you start with 5 free credits.
We have no relationship with Seamless.AI and earn nothing if you pick it. We earn from VendBuddy, which is our product, and a commission on any link labeled as an affiliate link, such as the Apollo one below.
What Seamless.AI's own pages say
We read the pricing page and homepage on 2026-10-08. The pricing page is a pricing inquiry page. It says to book a demo to find out whether your team needs the Pro or Enterprise plan, and shows no dollar amounts. The homepage has a "Sign up free" button, but it does not spell out what the free tier includes, so we will not describe it. The homepage claims 1.6 billion verified business emails, 448 million phone numbers and 100-plus live data points per profile, and mentions buyer intent and CRM enrichment. Those are the vendor's own numbers; we have not checked them.
That is the whole reason this page exists. The product may be excellent. A buyer who has to compare five options this week cannot compare one that will not name a price, so we cannot give you a fair price comparison, and we are not going to guess one.
How we checked
On 2026-10-08 we opened each vendor's own pricing page (and, for VendBuddy, our pricing page, homepage and ZIP-search page) and copied plan names, prices and limits into the table. This is a pricing and fit comparison from those pages, not a hands-on lab test, so we give no scores and no accuracy or deliverability numbers. Where a page did not say something, we left it out. Vendors change plans often, so confirm on their page before you pay.

The alternatives
VendBuddy (our product)
Best for: someone who wants a price they can read, and sells to businesses in a particular area.
Price (checked 2026-10-08): Free account with 5 credits and no card. Starter is $49 a month for 150 credits, or $39 a month billed yearly ($470, with 240 bonus credits). Pro is $79 a month for 300 credits ($63 a month yearly). Credit packs are $32 for 50, $119 for 200 and $295 for 500 (plus 100 bonus), and pack credits never expire.
The pricing page is public and the first step is free. You enter a ZIP, pick the kinds of places you want and get every match with address, category and website, plus the title of the person who usually decides. A credit reveals the best contact on file for one business you picked. There is also a free "Verify Business" check (open or closed, rating, website), up to 50 a day. We do not own a contact database and we make no accuracy claim; the 5 free credits are the test.
This is where your website starts to compound. A Google Business Profile comes first, then around machine three to five a site that catches inbound requests. AI builders like Wix and Base44 make that an evening job, and the Wix vs Base44 comparison helps you pick. Affiliate link, so we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Skip it if: you need a database of the whole country by job title, intent data, technographics, large exports or an outside CRM sync.
Apollo
Affiliate link: VendBuddy may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Best for: a Seamless.AI-style search by title and company with prices you can read.
Price (checked 2026-10-08): Free at $0 (900 credits per seat a year, granted monthly; 1 mailbox; 250 emails a day). Basic is $49 per seat a month billed annually (30,000 credits a year). Professional is $79 (48,000 credits). Organization is $119 with a 3-seat minimum (72,000 credits).
Apollo lists record selection limits, mailboxes, daily sends, workflows and call recording minutes for each plan. That transparency alone makes it easy to compare. See Apollo.io alternatives.
Skip it if: you want to pay per contact and not per seat.
Hunter
Best for: email addresses for known companies.
Price (checked 2026-10-08): Free with 50 credits a month. Starter is $49 a month, or $34 a month billed yearly (2,000 credits a month). Growth is $149 ($104 yearly, 10,000 credits). Scale is $299 ($209 yearly, 25,000 credits). Enterprise is custom.
The Free plan includes 50 credits a month, one connected email account and 500 recipients per sequence. See Hunter.io alternatives.
Skip it if: you are still deciding which companies to approach.
Lusha
Best for: phone and email lookups with a plan you can price in a minute.
Price (checked 2026-10-08): Free with 40 credits a month. Starter is $37.45 a month billed yearly (4,800 credits a year). Pro is $52.45 a month billed yearly (7,200 credits a year). Premium is $299.95 a month billed yearly (40,800 credits a year). Scale is custom.
A verified email is 1 credit and a phone number 5, per the page. More in Lusha alternatives.
Skip it if: you want a large credit pool each month; credits are annual.
RocketReach
Best for: individual lookups at a flat yearly price.
Price (checked 2026-10-08): Free with 5 lookups and no card. Essentials is $399 billed annually (shown as $33 a month). Pro is $899 a year ($75 a month). Ultimate is $1,699 a year ($142 a month).
Pro and Ultimate list CRM integrations and Ultimate lists intent data. More in RocketReach alternatives.
Skip it if: you want a list of nearby buildings.
LeadMagic
Best for: enrichment where failed lookups are free.
Price (checked 2026-10-08): No free plan on the page. Essential is $99 a month or $990 a year (5,000 credits a month). Growth is $249 a month (20,000). Professional is $499 a month (50,000). Ultimate is $849 a month (100,000).
The page says credits are only deducted on a successful enrichment, and it lists no free plan: new accounts choose a paid plan at sign-up.
Skip it if: you want to try without paying.
When Seamless.AI is the right call
A demo-led sale tends to mean a sales-led product: account support, onboarding and a contract shaped for a team. If you have a rep or two, you want intent signals and CRM enrichment on the same platform, and you do not mind a conversation, then the lack of a public price is a minor cost. The way to compare is simple: ask for a written quote, and set it next to the published plans above for the same number of seats and contacts. If the quote is within reach, you have a real comparison. If it is not, you have your answer.
Pricing math with what is public
Case: one person who wants 150 named contacts a month for a year. Sticker prices only.
- Seamless.AI: not published, so no number.
- Apollo Basic: $49 x 12 = $588, one seat, annual billing.
- Hunter Starter: $408 billed yearly.
- Lusha Starter: $449.40 for the year, 4,800 credits (800 contacts if each has email and phone).
- VendBuddy Starter: 150 credits for $49 a month ($588 over 12 months, or $470 billed yearly with bonus credits).
VendBuddy's pay-per-reveal model is the main difference. On Starter, 150 credits for $49 works out to about 33 cents a reveal; the packs run from 64 cents a credit (50 for $32) down to 49 cents (500 plus 100 bonus for $295), and pack credits do not expire. There is no seat licence. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to a first subscription payment if you have not used a credit, and renewals and credit packs are not refundable, per the pricing page.
Where VendBuddy fits, and who should not use it
VendBuddy is our product, and its pricing is public: free to start with 5 credits, Starter at $49 a month for 150 credits, Pro at $79 for 300, and packs from $32. You enter a US ZIP, pick property types (79 are listed) and get nearby businesses with the title of the person who usually decides. Searching and exporting the company list is free, and one credit reveals the best contact on file for one business you pick (see the pricing page).
It is a narrower tool than Seamless.AI on purpose. Reveals draw on outside data providers; we do not own a contact database and we publish no accuracy rate, so judge it on the 5 free credits. The product was built for vending operators, so the revenue rating and the pitch extras are vending-specific.
Who should not use VendBuddy:
- Teams that want a large nationwide database with buyer-intent features.
- Enterprise sales teams that need intent data, technographics, 100,000-contact exports or an outside CRM sync (the pricing page lists a built-in pipeline CRM only).
- Anyone searching by job title nationwide, or outside the US: search starts from a US ZIP and a distance.
How to choose
Decide first whether price transparency matters to you. If it does, drop the quote-only tools and compare the published ones for your case. Then decide whether your buyer is a person with a title or a place on a map; that splits the field cleanly. For everything else, our best lead generation tools for small business guide lays out the options side by side, and the cost per lead comparison shows what a contact really costs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best alternative to Seamless.AI?
For local businesses near a ZIP and the person who decides there, VendBuddy (our product) publishes its prices and charges per reveal. For nationwide B2B search with published plans, Apollo. For emails from a known website, Hunter. Prices were checked on each vendor's page on 2026-10-08.
How much does Seamless.AI cost?
Its pricing page, checked 2026-10-08, shows no dollar amounts. It is an inquiry page that asks you to book a demo to see whether you need its Pro or Enterprise plan. We cannot give a number without guessing.
Is there a free Seamless.AI alternative?
Yes. Apollo (900 credits per seat a year), Hunter (50 credits a month), Lusha (40 credits a month), RocketReach (5 lookups), Prospeo (100 credits a month) and VendBuddy (5 credits, no card) all have free tiers.
Can VendBuddy replace Seamless.AI?
Only for local prospecting. It does not offer a nationwide title search, intent data, technographics, large exports or an outside CRM sync, and it was built for vending operators. For those needs Seamless.AI, Apollo or ZoomInfo fit better.
Does VendBuddy have its own contact database?
We make no such claim. Reveals draw on outside data providers, and we publish no accuracy rate. Use the 5 free credits on businesses you can check yourself.
