For a 10×15 storage unit (the most common 150 sqft size at Public Storage / Extra Space):
- Back wall: Shelving unit #1 — bulk inventory, organized by category (chips, drinks, ramen, energy drinks). Label each shelf with the DYMO. Heaviest items on the bottom shelf.
- Side wall: Shelving unit #2 — pre-packed restock totes, one per machine. Each tote labeled with machine ID + last restock date.
- Floor zone: Both hand trucks parked vertically against the wall. EBL power station on a low shelf for ground-level access.
