How ratings work
- Revenue potential is High, Medium, Low or Limited data. It judges the place only, never whether we found a contact.
- High: a verified head count at that address, or a busy kind of place (hospital, school, hotel, gym, airport), and a strong fit.
- Medium: a good fit with less proof. Low: small offices, food businesses and quiet venue types. Limited data: no head count at the address and no foot-traffic sign yet.
- What we weigh: place type, staff at the address, Google review volume, Google busy times and open 24 hours. A company-wide head count is not treated as staff at one address.
- The reasons show on every card. Contact badges (named decision-maker, verified email, mobile) are separate facts.
- Ratings come from public data and can be wrong. A High that turns out to have under 20 staff is refunded when you unlock it.

🤖 Coach recommendations
What changes: You reclaim time for BD (business development -- cold calling, emailing, pop-ins)
What changes: You shift primarily to BD and account management
What changes: Route coverage expands, BD pipeline grows
What changes: You manage the team, not the routes
What changes: You work ON the business, not IN it. Consider a sales rep if you have not already.
Also consider: CPA/bookkeeper at this stage (or earlier at $5K+ if tax complexity warrants it)
Weekly: Performance reviews, supply chain coordination, warehouse organization
Monthly: P&L review, vendor negotiations, hiring/training
- Key client relationships
- Financial oversight
- Growth strategy
✓ Set up shelving by product category
✓ Create pick lists per route/machine
✓ Centralize receiving and inventory counts
✓ Find via LoopNet or warehouse-building network
Example: A restocker managing 10 locations doing $15,000/mo total gets 3% = $450/mo on top of hourly pay. That's a meaningful raise that costs you nothing extra — it comes from revenue they're helping generate.
Why it works: They now care about product freshness, machine appearance, and keeping bestsellers stocked because their pay is tied to performance.
Example: A restocker with 5% equity on a route valued at $200,000 gets $10,000 at sale. With 10% on a $500,000 route = $50,000.
Why it works: They're now a partner, not just an employee. Turnover drops dramatically when people have skin in the game. The best operators in the industry retain restockers for 3–5+ years this way.
Month 3: Performance review — if solid, discuss revenue share path
Month 6–12: 1–5% of route revenue for their managed locations
Month 12–24: 5–10% equity vesting (2–4 year vest schedule)
Ongoing: Annual review, adjust percentages based on route growth

- Export your sales from your provider’s portal as a CSV file. Excel users: File, Save As, CSV.
- Each row needs a date, the machine (its name, serial or provider id exactly as saved in Machines) and an amount. Units, cash, card, payment type and product columns are optional.
- Open Import sales, choose the file (up to 2 MB), click Preview & map columns and check which column is which.
- Import. Sales show on each machine, on Dashboard and in Reports straight away. Re-importing the same days replaces them, so nothing is counted twice.
