Questions
How is this different from the free revenue calculator?
The calculator estimates what a building might bring in. The spreadsheet takes that number and works out what you keep after product, card fees, commission, your time and fixed costs, machine by machine, and when each machine pays for itself.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Sheets, or use File > Import. Excel, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice open it directly.
Are the numbers in it real?
The three example machines are made up to show the math and are labelled as examples. Replace them with your own estimates, then with real sales once a machine is running.
Will it tell me how much I will make?
No spreadsheet can. It does the arithmetic on your inputs so you can see which assumptions decide whether a machine is worth it.
