Usually 5 to 15 minutes. If the build fails it retries on its own. If it fails twice you get an email the same minute saying your list is being finished, and a person finishes it within 24 hours. You are never left waiting in silence.
It varies by ZIP and we are not going to publish an average, because the average would be wrong for your ZIP. Dense commercial ZIPs resolve a contact on most rows; residential and rural ZIPs resolve far fewer. Every row has a decision-maker title, and most have a business phone, so no row is a dead end. The column is left blank rather than filled with a guess when we did not find one.
Businesses, addresses, ratings and review counts come from Google Maps. The scoring is ours. Contact names and titles come from public business-contact data. Nothing here is scraped from a social network and nothing is bought from a list broker.
We widen once to the nearest locality and label every row that came from there, so you can see which addresses are not literally inside the ZIP you typed. If the file still comes up short, reply to your delivery email and we refund you. We would rather hand you thirty honest rows and your money back than fifty rows with twenty inventions in them.
No. One payment, one ZIP, one file. If you want this to keep happening, the $49 plan gives you 150 credits a month against the same engine, plus the pipeline tracker and the pitch tools. Same search, ongoing, and you pick the ZIP each time.
Yes, there is an optional venue type next to the ZIP box: offices, apartments, clinics, hospitals, plants and warehouses, hotels, schools, gyms, laundromats, car washes or self storage. Picking one puts it first and tops the file up from the rest, because one category in one ZIP almost never reaches fifty qualifying venues on its own. Every row is labelled with its category either way.
