Questions

Is there anything in here I cannot buy separately?

No. It is the three starter products at a bundle price. Every one of them has its own page on this site and every one is linked above so you can read it before you decide.

Should I buy the machine first or find the location first?

Location first. The Getting-Started Checklist argues the case rather than just stating it. Sort your decisions by how hard they are to undo, and a machine is the least reversible thing on the list. Buying it before you have anywhere to put it is how a $3,000 asset ends up in a garage for four months. The pitching documents in this bundle let you do the reversible half first.

How much does a first machine cost?

It runs from roughly $300 to $6,000, depending on which of the three buying lanes you use. The Distributor List separates them because they are different purchases. One is new and freighted, with a warranty. One is dealer-refurbished, with someone who answers the phone. One is a private-party marketplace unit with no recourse, where you buy with your eyes and the inspection checklist. The list also covers why the quoted price is rarely the number you pay.

Can I do this alongside a full-time job?

The setup half is built for that. It is a two-to-three-week list of evening and lunch-break tasks, with a week-by-week timeline. The pitching half is the part a job limits. That is why the carry-list document maps the good and bad hours by venue type. Some venue types are best pitched at 7am and some at 2pm, and knowing which is which makes a limited window usable.

What format?

Nine documents, 67 pages, plus the prompt file. Yours to download and keep — nothing here is a subscription and access does not expire.

I already own the Starter Kit.

Then buy the other two individually — $74 against $69 is close enough that paying twice for the same checklist is not worth $5.

I already own the Location Playbook.

Then you already have the Starter Kit documents too, because the Playbook contains them. All you are missing is the AI Pitch Pack, so buy that on its own for $27 rather than this for $69.

Does this include the app or any leads?

No. This is documents and prompts only. Nothing here builds a location list for you — if you want that step done rather than taught, that is the 50-lead ZIP list, and if you want it running continuously that is the VendBuddy app. Both are separate purchases and neither is needed to use anything in this bundle.

More from the shelf

Payment is handled by Stripe. VendBuddy sells documents and software. We make no representation about the income, profit, or number of placements any operator will achieve — results depend on your market, your effort, and factors outside anyone’s control. Nothing here is legal advice; have a local attorney review any agreement before you rely on it.
